This is one dish I always find myself ordering whenever I’m at any Sentro 1771 Restaurant. Deep fried kesong puti (goat’s cheese) with a guava and garlic dipping sauce. They’re the perfect combination of a bit of crunch and salty sweet flavour. Definitely a must try before ordering their best selling cornbeef sinigang. For dessert, I also highly recommend their keso flan for dessert.
