Last week, the Baby Barangay (sans Nicole) were invited to try Blue Ginger, the latest restaurant of amazing woman Ica Sebastian.
Ica is the creative force behind a number of delicious restaurants: Cafe Voila in Tagaytay, Another Story and Tiger Leaf in Evia and now Blue Ginger in Sucat.
Before discussing the food, let’s take a moment to appreciate the interiors of this incredible restaurant, all done by Ica herself!
Each part of the restaurant is so picturesque! Now let’s have a look at the food which is a mix of Filipino, Thai, and other Asian dishes. Our favourites were the spring rolls, pomelo salad, Kare Kare, and satay. We finished with a delicious ube cheesecake too!
