If you’re on Instagram, you know that the earlybird filter is one of the most popular settings to play with. 

iPhone photographers like @kapsore and @perotto use this filter so well that my heart sings every time they post a shot. 

I, on the other hand, am still getting the hang of using it. I’ve discovered that when it’s not used right, it can make my photos come out flat and lifeless. But when used well, it brings out a nice romantic feel with some lovely pinkish hues.
