A few years back, Em & TJ Sulit were the owners of Souq Organics and believed in this blog long before many other brands decided to work with me.  I will forever be thankful to them for their kind words and support.

And because the world is round, it’s my turn to support their passion. I’m excited to share Hunt & Gather: a community website and series of events that aim to be the ultimate resource for all things health, nutrition, and fitness related in the Philippines.

Em and TJ know that it isn’t easy to lead a healthy lifestyle when your life is going at 100 miles per hour and responsibilities like home management, parenting, and work are taking all your time. So they’ve decided to put together a website and a number of events to help make living healthy easier.

Their first event will be this Mother’s Day at Glorietta:

They really hope you can stop by to meet local merchants who have been specifically curated to offer food or services that are paleo, keto, pescetarian, or vegetarian-oriented. There will also be specialty brands who advocate local, organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free living.
