Bliss’ Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Cleansing Foam is a great alternative to facial soap. I personally love foaming cleansers and this one does a wonderful job of waking up my skin in the morning. It smells like oranges and doesn’t leave the skin feeling stripped of moisture. I really love how it’s oxygenated too, making sure that acne-causing bacteria stays far away.
Having fairly oily skin, I usually stay away from day creams. But Bliss’ Triple Oxygen + C Energizing Cream is great to use both day and night. It has a gel-like consistency which isn’t heavy at all and makes my skin look dewy. I also like that even though it has vitamin C as an active ingredient, it didn’t make my makeup oxidize and turn orange. I highly recommend this one too!

Hydration and the right amount of sleep are key! I drink 3 liters of water every day and make sure I sleep on time.
