No work today, so I decided to bake up a storm for this weekend’s activities.
I found this incredibly easy recipe for Blondies over at Smitten Kitchen and decided to whip up three different kinds.
(from left to right)
- dark chocolate
- banana + peanut butter + chia seed
- dates + walnuts + rum
Because you only require one bowl for this recipe, cleaning up after each batch was too easy. Will definitely be playing around with this again.
