Spring Fling PH (part two)

(Pssst… if you haven’t yet, please read my original Spring Fling post here)

Being invited to Spring Fling PH was like being given the golden ticket to the chocolate factory.

Our lovely hosts: Patty, Alessa, and Kelly showered us with gift after gift after gift to the point that we worried how we were going to take all of them home! Many of the guests claimed that it was like being an audience member during one of Oprah’s ‘Favorite Things‘ episodes.

All our smiles and glee wouldn’t be possible without the help of Spring Fling’s generous sponsors. Here are my favourites:

sf13Early Bird Breakfast Club: This pretty restaurant hosted the event and offered us delicious comfort food meals to keep the energy up. Their champorado is made with cream, chocolate, and pure happiness. It’s the kind of dish that you crave while you’re still enjoying spoonfuls of the stuff. Watch out for my future post just about their menu.

sf12L’Indochine: We were given these gorgeous wallets by this beautiful boutique shop of exotic treasures. How pretty are these colours? This little guy instantly brightens my day when pulled out of my bag.

sf11LaguIf you’re a beach lover and have never tried these blankets, I suggest crawling under a rock in shame. These blankets really do shake off sand like it’s nobody’s business. I already have one in turquoise (my favorite color that I can never spell properly), so to get this lovely one in a peachy pink was the equivalent of a perfectly made halo-halo for my beach loving heart.

sf9Sharpies: We were given a beautiful array of Sharpie pens during our Crafternoon session with Alessa. The husband promptly stole them from me when I got home!

sf10Joan & Klaire Canvas Bags: These bags are the perfect size for a day of adventure. It’s now my go-to bag whenever I take my son to swimming lessons. They’d make the perfect gift for a friend always on the go.

sf8Latercera: Bridesmaids, listen up. If you’re ever in need of a pretty white robe for friend’s wedding day, this is the brand to order it from. Since most of us had already tied the knot, they gave us these beautiful beach cover ups that are perfect for summer.

sf5Happy Skin Cosmetics: This local makeup brand is the best I’ve tried. I liked them so much that I even wrote a post about them a few months ago. Their new summer colors are so refreshing and worth a blog post of their own, so stay tuned for that.

sf7Lulu Swing: Affordably priced flats and sandals that are perfect for our tropical weather. I would never have thought to choose this pair, but they’re so comfortable and a good match for a pair of shorts during the heat.

sf6Icon Eye Wear: This generous brand gave us an array of eye candy that would go perfectly with a piña colada and a lounge session by an infinity pool.

sf4Goody: Hard to believe that this is actually a hair accessory, but once you put it on it makes you feel like a fairy princess running through a field of daisies. You get the picture.

sf3Pipino: Warning. These cookies are highly addictive. They were my afternoon snack for a few days and I refused to share them with anyone.

sf2Tresemmé: Last December, my hair went from blonde to dark brown in a span of a week (long story worth another blog post). It’s never been quite the same again, but using this deliciously smelling pair of shampoo and conditioner has definitely helped it regain its old shine and body. I also love the travel-friendly hairspray.

sf1Pond’s BB Cream: This cream was unfortunately a shade too light for my complexion, but I loved how smoothly it went on and had great sun protection. If you’re looking for an affordable introduction to the world of BB creams, this is it.

springflingcanonCanon: Now the finale. I was pretty shocked when they called my name as the winner of a sexy, brand new Pixma P200 Printer. Imagine my glee when I discovered that this little baby prints, scans, and copies. It also has fun printing effects like fish-eye and toy-camera. I’m in love. The photographer and office geek in me was doing cartwheels (internally. Cause, for the life of me, I can’t do the real thing). Photo courtesy of Kelly’s blog

Here is a cute little video put together for the event:

Here are some other wonderful sponsors who made Spring Fling possible:

Events by Marge: Marge was a wonder woman who made the entire event run smoothly. She’s definitely worth a look for your wedding or party needs.

My Little Buttercup: delicious cupcakes that were so good, they were eaten before I could take a picture!

Mongol Pencils / Enlivo Notebooks: Definitely ‘back to school’ staples.

Guess: They’ve got new collections that are worth a second look.

One Life Pilates: We were given an unlimited one-month pass for their sessions. If they open in the south, I am so there.

  1. I’m loving the list of products on this post. Felt a tad terrible though finding out late about the brides’ robe. I was looking for one, that’s unique for a friend/client who just got married.

    • That’s how I felt too! Will have to remember them for future weddings. 🙂 Thank you for stopping by!
